Environmental Audit

Effective change interventions require a clear understanding of the status quo. This is required in order to identify and isolate and assess a range of key issues or decisions before action can be implemented. The issues may relate to the internal organisational effectiveness or external driving factors. Both must be understood before correct strategic action can be considered.

It is integral that each stepped intervention is effectively built on the solid foundations of clear understanding. Each stage will also need to be monitored in relation to your specific strategic goals and objectives to ensure desired outcomes are fully achieved.

This is a synergetic group based step diagnosis for understanding the performance and operational effectiveness of the organisation. It is inclusive and across the board. It measures the robustness and state of health of the organisation.  Areas of internal improvement and stress testing are identified. Dynamic internal task and training groups assigned to implement targeted change improvements.

Our methodology will broadly explore the driving forces that shape the business environment. These will be explored with critical insight and applied to an intuitive logic framework- generating risk profiles within your trading environment.  The risk profiles will be strategically appraised and strategic actions considered alongside the required organisational alignment.

In both cases this is a fact finding process with outcomes collected for critical appraisal and analysis in the following ‘Strategic Decision Making’

Monitoring & analysis

A range of monitoring requirements will be considered implemented, reviewed and assessed at this time. This will generate defined benchmarks, scope and milestones for the success of any interventions.

“These guys have a professional inclusive facilitation approach which enabled our team to understand our issues with real clarity. This gave us clarity on a number of complex and ambiguous problems we were facing. By challenging our understanding of what was possible, the approach helped us to quickly identify the problem areas. The requirements for the intervention were explored and clear plans generated that delivered a focus and successful outcome. Good job!”
